BASELINE REFORMER
IF YOU’RE NEW TO REFORMER OR LOOKING FOR A CLASS THAT’S MEANT TO GET YOUR FEET WET, THIS ONE’S FOR YOU. THAT SAID, THIS WILL STILL BE A FAST PACED CLASS TO HELP YOU WORK TOWARDS THE POWER REFORMER CLASS, BUT WILL BE BUILT FROM BASELINE MOVEMENTS WITH OPTIONS TO AMPLIFY OR MODIFY FURTHER AS NEEDED. YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO STILL GET ALL THE FUN TREMBLES AND BURN OF OUR POWER REFORMER CLASS, JUST IN MORE OF A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT SO NEWER FOLKS CAN GET COMFORTABLE ON THE EQUIPMENT!
POWER REFORMER IS TARGETED TOWARDS OUR SEASONED REFORMER CLIENTS OR FOLKS WHO ARE AGILE MOVERS AND LOVE TO FEEL THE SHAKE AND TREMBLE. THIS IS A FAST PACED CLASS MEANT TO (AS VANESSA SAYS) HAVE YOU LEAVE FEELING LIKE BAMBI.. BUT IN THE BEST WAY OF COURSE!

HORIZONTAL CARDIO,, KIND OF LIKE REBEL WILSON IN PITCH PERFECT,, YA KNOW? THIS CLASS IS PACED SIMILARLY TO POWER BUT WILL WORK IN THE JUMPBOARD WHICH IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST YOUR HEART RATE WHILE PRIORITIZING LOW IMPACT MOVEMENTS.

CARDIO REFORMER
THIS IS A 4 PART, 4 WEEK SERIES THAT WILL REPEAT EACH MONTH. THIS IS THE PERFECT WAY FOR NEW REFORMER CLIENTS TO GET A FEEL FOR WHAT FULL CLASSES FEEL LIKE WITHOUT THE INTIMIDATION THAT OFTEN COMES WITH TRYING SOMETHING NEW. WE’LL TAKE YOU THROUGH EXERCISES AT A SLOWER PACE TO HELP YOU BUILD THE CONFIDENCE SO BY THE END OF WEEK 4 YOU’LL BE ROCKING AND ROLLING.
THIS SERIES WILL BE SOLD SEPARATELY TO GIVE FOLKS THE ABILITY TO TEST THE WATERS BEFORE COMMITTING. (BUT LET’S BE HONEST, YOU’LL END UP STICKING AROUND!)

WHAT YOU’RE THINKING WE MEANT TO DO BY CALLING THIS CLASS ‘WHAT THE JUMP’ IS PROBABLY RIGHT.. THIS IS A 50 MINUTE CLASS THAT’S BROKEN INTO 3 JUMP SECTIONS AND 3 STRENGTH SECTIONS - PERFECT FOR ALL OUR NEW JUMPERS AND A GREAT WAY TO DIP YOUR TOES INTO THE REBOUNDING WORLD. AS WE GROW WE’LL DIVERSIFY OUR JUMP CLASSES, BUT FOR NOW WE CAN ALL SIGH A BREATH OF RELIEF AND SAY ‘WHAT THE JUMP’ IS GOING ON, WHILE HAVING A BLAST ON THE REBOUNDERS AND LISTENING TO SOME BANGER TUNES.

Functional Strength is MVMT House’s elevated strength training format — a fresh evolution of our former Assets class, now with added structure and consistency to help you build strength and endurance.
This class is still going to be 85% TRX - it will now include two short cardio bursts and more segmented circuit style strength training! Let’s get STRONG!

A POWER YOGA FLOW THAT WILL INTEGRATE WEIGHTS AND PERHAPS SOME OF THE BELOVED ‘PULSE AND HOLDS’ FOR AN ADDED BURN. THIS CLASS WILL BE PACED AND FLOW LIKE A VINYASA CLASS, BUT TO MAINTAIN ITS NAMING INTEGRITY, WILL BE SPICY!

IGNITE is A 3-part intentional strength and sculpt experience. We build heat with Core Activation (Round 1), dive deep into a Slow-Burn with heavy weights and time under tension (Round 2), and finish with a Dynamic Sculpt + Burnout of rhythmic, high-rep movements and a final core blast (Round 3).
Expect purposeful pacing, full-body focus, and a serious muscle burn.
IGNITE
a dynamic, full-body heated vinyasa class. This class is designed in a way that follows traditional vinyasa sequencing, but will get you have you thinking a bit more outside the box. Move intentionally, linking breath to movement to find focus and push your edge. Finish feeling empowered and redefined.

cancellation & late arrival policy
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking. This will allow other clients ample time to shift from the waitlist or book into your spot.
clients who are on a credit-based membership will FORFEIT their class if they cancel inside the 12 hour window.
Clients on an unlimited package will be charged $15 for canceling inside the 6 hour window and $20 for no-shows.
we have a strict 5 minute grace period - if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be permitted to joing class and will fORFEIT your class. please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
